Terms of Service

buygent is a software service that lets users purchase prepaid software credits and use those credits inside the platform for supported software capabilities, hosted workflows, and agent-related features.

Credits are purchased on a one-time basis and are consumed as individual capabilities are invoked. buygent is not a subscription service and does not auto-renew credit purchases.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use buygent. The service may be used by individuals or businesses.

The service is intended for developers, technical teams, businesses, and other users who want access to buygent software features. Use is not restricted to a single geography unless required by law or provider limitations.

You are responsible for safeguarding your buygent account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you connect third-party services or credentials, you are responsible for ensuring those credentials are accurate, current, and authorized for the actions you request.

You may not use buygent for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized tax or administrative filings, submissions, or data access.

• You represent that you have the legal right and authority to submit all data and requests you send.
• You may not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt the service.
• buygent provides tooling only and does not act as your tax advisor, accountant, or legal professional.

Credit packs are prepaid, one-time purchases. We process qualifying paid orders through Lemon Squeezy and add credits after payment is confirmed.

• Credit packs are not subscriptions.
• No auto-renewal applies to any credit purchase.
• Unused credits expire 12 months after the purchase date.

buygent is provided on an as is and as available basis. We may perform scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or provider-related downtime without advance notice when reasonably necessary.

We do not provide an uptime service-level agreement for any free tier or unpaid access.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, or used the service in a fraudulent or abusive manner.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, buygent will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

Our total aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the total amount you paid to buygent for credits during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

The exclusive venue for disputes will be the Seoul Central District Court.
