Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when prepaid buygent software credits may be refunded and how refund requests are processed.

1. Unused credits

14-day refund window

Unused credits are refundable upon request within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be considered unused, the credited balance associated with the purchase must not have been consumed by any capability call.

2. Consumed credits

No refunds after service is rendered

Consumed credits are non-refundable because the underlying automation service has already been rendered on a per-call basis.

3. Failed automations

Automatic credit restoration for buygent errors

If a capability or hosted workflow fails because of a buygent error, and not because of user input, missing authority, or a third-party outage, the credits consumed for that failed execution will be automatically refunded back to your credit balance.

4. Subscriptions

Not applicable

buygent does not offer subscriptions. All purchases are one-time prepaid credit-pack purchases.

5. How to request

Email support with your order details

To request a refund for unused credits, email [email protected] with your order ID and the reason for your request.

6. Timing

Processing and settlement windows

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. After processing, the refund may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to appear on the original payment method, depending on the card issuer or payment provider.

7. Chargebacks

Contact us before disputing a charge

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue quickly.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of your buygent account.
