This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through buygent in connection with account creation, capability execution, payment handling, customer support, and related service operations.

buygent is a software platform for agent capabilities and hosted workflows. We aim to comply with applicable privacy and data protection requirements, including PIPA where relevant.

• Account details such as your email address and basic account identifiers.
• Authentication tokens and connection data for linked third-party services.
• Payment metadata provided by Lemon Squeezy, such as order identifiers, purchase amounts, and transaction status. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers.
• Usage logs, service events, and support communications.

• To provide, operate, and improve the service.
• To authenticate users and execute requested automations.
• To manage billing, credit balances, payment reconciliation, and fraud prevention.
• To provide customer support and respond to legal or security issues.

We do not sell personal information.

• Lemon Squeezy, which processes purchases and payment-related workflows.
• Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers that support application delivery and storage.

We retain account and service data while your account is active and for up to 12 months after deletion unless a longer retention period is required by law, regulation, dispute resolution, fraud investigation, or tax and accounting obligations.

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or export of your information, subject to applicable law.

buygent uses session cookies and similar technical mechanisms needed for authentication and service operation. We do not use advertising trackers in the landing product experience covered by this policy.

Some service providers may process data outside the Republic of Korea. By using buygent, you understand that data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions with different data protection rules.
